but when we find companies with soul, it's usually because enough people there have decided to risk showing up more. Made spaces and pockets in organisations where there's permission for it, actually more than just permission - expectation.
but that's not because they "found" the meaning there - they had to bring it in and made space for others to make theirs.
So the question isn't "in which company will i be made whole?" - actually that's not even the role of institutions and work - we shouldnt show everything. Maybe enough to make sure we don't erase what makes us whole otherwise. The question is more - "where am I going to risk it to bring more of me?"
